What is Game of Consultancy?

Game of Consultancy is a pre-event leading up to ACC week, hosted by Aarhus Case Competition in collaboration with our Consulting Partners.

The event is an evening at Aarhus BSS where participants, in groups of 3-4 students, will solve 12 diverse case questions and present their solutions to 12 highly skilled consultants from our Consulting Partners. The teams are given points based on their solutions, which are showcased live on a real-time scoreboard. After 2 hours of intense and fun case solving, the team with the highest points at the end of the evening will win awesome prizes.

Game of Consultancy is open to all students at Aarhus University who want to challenge themselves and try solving cases under time constraints. By participating in GoC, you have the opportunity to strengthen your skills in case solving, work on real-life scenarios, and try out pitching ideas to experienced business consultants. It is an excellent opportunity to prepare yourself for the ACC week.

Our panel of judges consists of 12 highly skilled consultants from our Consulting Partners, and they are ready to provide you with tips, tricks, valuable advice, and tools to help you develop in the best possible way. They will be critical and challenging to ensure maximum learning.

After the event, you will have the opportunity to informally network with the consultants and ask them questions.

I had a highly enjoyable and educational experience at Game of Consultancy. It was a fun evening where I had the opportunity to challenge myself by pitching my solution to real consultants. Despite the informal and entertaining atmosphere, I gained valuable insights as the consultants provided constructive feedback. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-executed event organized by the committee. Overall, a positive and enriching experience!
